Our Vanilla Lavender Chai combines our masala chai blend with luxurious vanilla bean powder and delicate aromatic lavender flowers. This is one of our best sellers and loved by everyone who tries it. Have it hot or cold, sweetened or unsweetened, it is absolutely delicious!

At Herbs & Kettles, our core values revolve around direct sourcing and using high-quality, premium natural ingredients. Our Vanilla Lavender Chai blend exemplifies our commitment to these principles. The vanilla we select has its origins in a small farm nestled in Kerala's picturesque Idukki region. Our lavender flowers, carefully sourced from the majestic Himalayan mountains, are a sight to behold – fresh, exquisite, and imbued with an enchanting fragrance. To ensure that the captivating essence of vanilla and lavender takes center stage, we blend a combination of CTC (crush, tear, curl) and loose leaf orthodox black tea sourced from a small renowned tea farm in Assam. This thoughtful blend allows the delicate nuances of vanilla and lavender to shine through, resulting in a harmonious symphony of flavors and aromas.

Chaiwala Tiger Tips

  • Use whole milk if you are using dairy
  • Oat milk is the best milk substitute for chai
  • Sugar as a sweetener may taste better than honey. If you want to sweeten your chai, add sugar while you are preparing chai over the stovetop.
  • If you want a cold cuppa, prepare chai as you would usually do over a stovetop, strain in and stick it in the refrigerator for a few hours. When ready, serve over ice.

Not worth it

Honestly, you get relatively little tea for the price and even less flavour. All you can really taste is the lavender, and even that’s not really that strong (even after following instructions).

Vanilla Lavendar Chai Love

This is one of my favorite teas ever. Super tasty even though I cheat and don't boil the milk - pour boiling water over the tea and add my almond milk on top and let it steep all together. And love the company, their approach to business and commitment to community locally as well as in India

Perfect balance of scents and flavors

This tea is amazing. I’ve been trying various chai flavors, and this one is perfect for a dirty chai. I love that you can taste and smell the lavender but it is not at all overpowering. This was one of 4 teas I purchased and the whole experience was perfect from the super fast shipping to the beautiful packaging and equally amazing tea. I’m so glad I found this company and it’s a legitimate small business I feel great to be able to support. Will definitely be back for more for myself and for gifts.

Not the Tea You Want to Spill

When you're sitting around spilling tea like a propper savage (looking at you America), you don't want to spill this stuff. You may be tempted to dump this in the harbor as a sign of rebellion, but this tea is good enough to calm the storm of impending unrest. Maybe this is what America actually needs.

Great taste

Easy to make and it tastes great. I got two flavors and they were both excellent.
