The Relax herbal tea is a soothing herbal blend that will help you unwind after a long day. The combination of herbs like tulsi and giloy, along with spices like cinnamon and black pepper, has long been a part of ancient Ayurveda (a healing system based on the idea that good health depends on the balance between mind, body, and spirit).
In Ayurveda, everyone is composed of five elements - space (also known as ether), air, fire, water, and earth. These elements combine to form three energies or doshas- Vata, Pitta, and Kapha.
Vata controls movement, Pitta controls metabolism, and Kapha controls structure.
Vata is the subtle energy associated with movement and is a combination of space (ether) and air. In balance, Vata promotes creativity, flexibility, enthusiasm and spontaneity. Out of balance, it can cause dry skin, anxiety, insomnia, fatigue, decreased appetite and weight loss. This natural herbal blend is all you need to relax and regain peace.
