Hot Cuppa

Steam 1 cup (8 fl-oz or 240 ml) milk or milk alternative in a small saucepan.

Stir in 1/2-1 teaspoon of Spiced Adaptogen Latte and your favorite sweetener

Let it all simmer for 1-2 minutes.

Pour 1 cup (8 fl-oz or 240 ml) cold milk or milk alternative into a shaker (or blender).

So good!!!

I was hesitant to try this because of the all the spice. I used oat milk and honey and it is fantastic! Has a wonderful amount of spice, not overwhelming and is absolutely delicious. This is my favorite herbs and kettle that I have tried so far.

Delicious and energizing!

This is easily one of my favorites so far from Herbs and Kettles. The aroma of cardamom, with the hint of ghost pepper spice, and the power of ashwaganda- this Spice mix is perfect for a latte as instructed or as a "masala" mix to add to your own herbal infusion or tea. A daily fix for me! Perfect warming taste for wintertime too!
