About The Chef

Abraham Thomas is the co-founder of Herbs & Kettles and a home chef who loves making his wife happy! Poorvi often misses food that she grew up with in India and one of them is kulfi. Its an eggless ice cream that is beloved by many in India. This ice cream is Abe's spin on kulfi using Herbs & Kettles Vanilla Lavender Chai and reminds Poorvi of her childhood in Mumbai on Chowpatty beach eating delicious kulfi.
