Meet
The mighty Chaiwala Tiger calls India its homeground, with almost 70% of the world population contained within its dense forests. Historically hunted for its prized skin, its population is steadily increasing after poaching was curbed.
When I initially received my Rose Cardamom Chai, I nearly fainted. So little for the cost! But the taste and quality made up for the quantity. I highly recommend following the directions and using 3 teaspoons instead of two for a deeper flavor. The cardamom edges out the rose flavor, but it still tastes great! Instead of using skim or 2% cow milk, use a full fat or half and half. The simmering process produces a film if you use skim or 2% milk. I simmer it with an open lid in a small pot for 5 minutes at low medium heat. You need a rolling simmer to get the full flavor. They will be my chaiwallas of choice as long as the quality remains high. You should buy the tins, then refills for storage. I love this tea so much and will continue to buy it and others in the future. Thank you Ecosia for recommending this amazing brand!
A lovely floral take on traditional masala chai,
but quite frankly I am disappointed with the quantity of the product. The tin was less than halfway full and was lacking in rose petals & tea.
This tea is wonderful! Such a nice balance of flavors. Once I tasted, I immediately reordered.
This is the best tasting tea I have ever had. I like it so much that I set it up as a subscription every two months.
I really love this tea and been sharing it with friends and coworkers. They are amazed how good it is and been sharing your site.
Our rose cardamom chai is a fragrant luxury and a unique blend inspired by our OG masala chai. It has single origin, directly sourced loose leaf Assam black tea, chai spices with a generous sprinkling of cardamom and rose petals.
Our rose cardamom chai is a spiced black tea with the delicate, luxurious fragrance of rose petals.
Our rose cardamom chai is a definite best seller and is luxurious. The black tea base is slightly lighter than that of our masala chai so that the delicate aromas and flavors from the rose petals and cardamom can shine.
We enjoy our rose cardamom chai with whole milk or other dairy alternatives like oat or coconut milk.
Yes, try our rose cardamom chai with oat milk or coconut milk for a vegan or dairy-free version. Depending on the thickness of the oat and coconut milk you may have to change the water and milk ratio.
Masala Chai, a spiced Indian tea, is rooted in Indian culture. Cardamom is used widely in Indian cuisine in both sweet and savory dishes. For centuries, rose has been used by Middle Eastern and South Asian countries for its culinary and medicinal properties. Even in modern times, roses continue to be a symbol of love and beauty. So our rose cardamom chai is a beautiful blend of cultures and various traditions.
Rose Cardamom Chai or Elaichi tea presents a delightful fusion of aromatic spices and subtle floral undertones. The robustness of black tea forms a satisfying base, while the warmth of cardamom, ginger, cloves, cinnamon, and black pepper creates a comforting spice blend. Fragrant rose petals add an elegant floral essence, enhancing the tea's luxurious aroma.
