Enjoy the first pick of the season. A limited batch.

This 2026 Darjeeling First Flush First Pick is a tea connoisseur’s delight. Harvested on February 6 in the cool mists of the Kurseong Valley, this single origin, single batch whole leaf tea is crafted from the winter hardy BD 157 cultivar. Carefully high withered and gently brought to medium oxidation, it captures the fleeting freshness of early Himalayan spring.

The cup is pale gold and luminous. Intensely fragrant, with a rich yet refined mouthfeel and a lively, elegant astringency, it unfolds into delicate floral and vegetal notes of lilac, daisy, buttercup, and fresh lemon balm. A truly limited expression of the season’s first breath.

Dry leaves

sage green whole leaves that are loosely rolled with abundant silvery buds. Sweet floral, grass, and woody aromas.

Wet leaves

Greenish-brown in color with sweet honey, floral and forest aromas.

Tea liquor

Translucent with a golden yellow color and a sweet perfume-like floral aroma. The tea is medium bodied with a delicate, rich mouthfeel, juicy texture, and a lingering aftertaste. The first infusion brings out a sweet taste with a mild, pleasant bitterness. The Darjeeling first flush tea has exquisite floral flavors of lilac, daisy, buttercups and lemon balm reminiscent of a spring garden.
