Recharge is a stimulating herbal blend based on the principles of ayurveda that will help rejuvinate the body. The combination of green tea, herbs like fennel and peppermint, along with spices like carom seeds (ajwain) and anise, have long been a part of ancient ayurveda (a healing system based on the idea that good health depends on the balance between mind, body, and spirit).
In ayurveda, everyone is composed of five elements - space (also known as ether), air, fire, water, and earth. These elements combine in the body to form three energies or doshas- Vata, Pitta, and Kapha.
Vata controls movement, Pitta controls metabolism, and Kapha controls structure.
Kapha is the energy that forms the body’s structure and is a combination of earth and water. In balance, Kapha is expressed as love, serenity, and forgiveness. Out of balance, it can cause lethargy and weight gain. Recharge is a natural ayurveda tea is all you need to rejuvenate and bring back balance.
