Blueberry Chamomile Tea Cocktail

Ingredients

  • 1.5 oz blueberry syrup
  • 350g heavy whipping cream
  • 40g powdered sugar or to taste
  • 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract

Methods

In a cocktail shaker combine all ingredients with ice and shake cold for 10 seconds and pour into a tall glass. Garnish with fresh mint.

Tips

  1. To prepare blueberry syrup: take 1 cup muddled blueberries, 1 cup water, and 1 cup simple sugar in a saucepan and bring to a simmer. Blend and then strain using a fine mesh.
  2. You can infused vodka with real vanilla bean for a few weeks if you have time
  3. To prepare cold brew H&K chamomile tea: take 3 g of Herbs & Kettles Chamomile Tea, add a small amount of hot water just enough to cover the flowers to ensure food safety, and then add 2 cups (480 ml ) of water at room temperature. Chill in the refrigerator for 4-6 hours and then strain and decant into a new container.
