Whole leaf black tea

This artisanal, robust tea is delightfully smoky and unique as it also has sweet honey, malt and dried mango undertones. It has a rich mouthfeel and a lovely mineral texture. It is handcrafted in small batches in order to control quality and ensure uniformity. If you like Lapsang Souchong or a Russian Caravan, this is the tea for you. This rejuvenating, energizing, and earthy tea will remind you of happy childhood moments by a campfire roasting smores.

Dry leaves

Long dark brown whole leaves with a smoky aroma.

Assam

Origin

Where your tea comes from

Golden-green rice fields, thick forests, manicured tea estates surrounded by blue hills, green valleys, and a red river, Assam is the largest Northeastern state in India. Situated just below the eastern Himalayan foothills, it stretches along the Brahmaputra River. This tea comes from the Sivasagar district from a tea garden by the banks of the river Teok. The name 'Teok' means – 'The place of milk and ghee' in Tai.

Replaced coffee with this

I love love love this tea! It is perfect for the mornings. This year I have resolved to give up coffee to help with my heart burn and this is the perfect tea to do it with. This thick, robust and smoky and can be paired with a splash of warm oat milk and still hold its flavor. I only wish there were bigger sizes to buy since I dont need the can every time! So amazing and will be buying it again!

I love this one. It kinda reminds me of an Islay whisky with the smokiness and brininess. I would order more of this the next time.
